Orders

Justat tattoo supplies only sells to professional artists and studios. We may require your proof of employment or a copy of your registration certificate issued by your local environmental health department (or equivalent) at our discretion before initial orders are processed and at any time we consider such a request is necessary.

All products are subject to availability and acceptance as per our acceptance policy. We reserve the right to reject any order placed by you at our discretion. We reserve the right to hold, investigate and cancel the order with no refund if the order involves credit fraud. Your order may be refused if products are out of stock, you are not a registered studio, we cannot clear the payment from you, the information provided by you was inaccurate, you are not eligible to buy the products, there was error with information relates to products etc.

By selling the products to you, you guarantee that you will use the products in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and you will not sell, offer for sale or make available the products to unregistered studios, artists, minors or vulnerable persons. We shall not be held liable for any loss you suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide.
