Holy Water Color Solution is an all-purpose additive formulated for mixing color tattoo ink. It is a clear mixing solution that will not affect the color or the pigment of tattoo inks. We do not recommend using any other products besides Holy Water Mixing Solution to dilute Quantum Tattoo Inks.
